Requirements
Nursing clinical experience on a medical surgical unit is required.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good understanding of business strategy and data analysis techniques.
Savvy with Microsoft Program: Excel, PPT and MS.Word.
Business management experience or related field is a plus.
Master degree in nursing is a plus.
